ORDERING INFORMATION - Please read this page before placing an order. It will help get your order entered quickly and ensure that the shipment is in good condition at time of delivery and ready for your assembly and/or installation. Special Attention: to *Shipping and **Damages

 If your organization normally conducts business with a board certified Purchase Order, RT ATHCO is prepared to process your order, provided an authorized purchase order is submitted and our payment terms of Net 15 days are agreed upon. Sending a check with the order and other payment methods can be established for all other Organizations and Individuals.

  • Master Card, and Visa Card are acceptable in several ways. PURCHASE ORDERS ( from Publicly-Funded, Tax-Exempt Organizations )

  • All orders must include a certified Purchase Order made out to RT ATHCO, for the Total Amount of the Sale, including shipping*, (if applicable).
  • Tax-Exempt organizations should submit a copy of their tax-exempt certificate with their first order.

CHECKS WITH ORDER  (Private Organizations and Individuals)

  • Privately owned and Individually funded facilities can make a purchase, provided that selected payment method is acceptable.  
  • We cannot ship C.O.D.
  • Some form of pre-payment with the order must be agreed upon before your order will be entered.

*SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • All items that do not exceed the weight limits of UPS, FED EX, and USPS will be shipped by those methods whenever possible. These rates can be calculated in the checkout section of your order form.
  • Items that weigh 150 lbs. or more will have to ship by Motor Freight and rates can be custom quoted in order to establish an dollar amount to add to your order.
  • A faster method of establishing freight charges for your order is to include (approximately) 15% extra on your order form at time of order. Oversize items many times will exceed this estimate and therefore in those cases a Freight Quote will have to be obtained prior to the order. If the actual freight charges are less than we allowed, you will receive a refund or a credit to your account, as you wish. 
  • Motor Freight rates generated for your order assumes a standard Tail-Gate Delivery at a suitable location for unloading a large item. Customer is responsible for providing adequate unloading help at time of scheduled delivery. The driver does not unload the truck
  • Many items can ship in one or two days from receipt of order.
  • Custom items that may not ship immediately usually require certain colors or involve customized artwork (such as Scoreboards or Logo Chairs).
  • A return authorization (RA#) must be issued for any standard item ordered that is returned. Any item returned without authorization will not be accepted. A 15% re-stocking charge may be assessed for standard items returned.
  • Custom items that  have been produced and shipped after shop drawings and/or artwork have been approved, cannot be returned.


**DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • All packages/skids must be inspected when delivered. Shortages and/or damage must be noted on the freight bill before a bill is signed .
  • A contact name of a responsible adult should be entered with 'Ship to' information provided with your order to help eliminate any damage claims after delivery.
  • Hidden damage, not noted at time of delivery must be reported to the Carrier at once. Carriers have different procedures that must be followed in the event of concealed damages, and the receiving party must fill out required claim forms that the Carrier supplies after they are contacted. 


ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

  • Most of the items shown require at least some assembly.
  • Some items (eg. Bleachers) come totally unassembled.
  • Many items are shipped in sections that have to be put together at the job-site.
  • All hardware and complete instructions are provided with every shipment.
